REAL WORD. Magazine welcomes submissions of art, photography, poetry and short stories that give our readers a view of life in Hawai'i.

Our mission is to showcase work that inspires and celebrates respect, honor, pride, philanthropy and gratitude.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSIONS
• Send via e-mail: submit@realwordmagazine.com

• Subject Line: Original Work Submission- Attn: Cheryl

• Include a cover page with artist/author's name, address, phone number and email, along with THREE sentences about yourself that you would want our readers to know.

• Up to 15 pieces are chosen per issue.

• We will hold on to all submissions for up to one year for the possibility of inclusion in future issues of REAL WORD.

SELECTED WORK
• If your work is selected for inclusion in REAL WORD. Magazine, we will contact you via e-mail.

• You will need to sign an Original Work Release Form that gives us permission to publish your work. Parent/Guardian signature is required for those under 18 years of age.

• High resolution files of artwork/photography are required.

• We will also ask you to send us three sentences about yourself that you want our readers to know, along with any pertinent information about the piece you submitted.
